About Magma Maths
Magma is one of the world’s fastest-growing and most celebrated EdTech companies, transforming maths education through the power of AI. Our platform turns handwritten solutions into digital insights, empowering teachers to focus on creativity and deeper learning, while giving them real-time visibility into student progress.
The result? More inclusive, engaging, and effective maths classrooms for all learners.
But we’re not just building better tools. We’re tackling one of the biggest challenges in global education: maths underperformance. With 1 in 5 students globally struggling in maths, a subject that forms the backbone of so many career paths, we believe the opportunity to improve outcomes at scale is massive. We act as owners, put teachers first, and work as a team.
The Role
As Magma grows exponentially in the UK, we're on a mission to scale our content with it. You will work with our curriculum team to integrate AI into our workflows, while making sure our pedagogical value is optimised. You’ll spot where our workflows could be smarter and own solutions end to end, streamlining how we create and align content. You’ll lead content projects from start to finish, coordinating colleagues to deliver on time.
You’ll also join meetings with schools and trusts, supporting teachers in curating the content in a way that works for them. The key is to be reactive to teacher feedback, and feed it into how our content develops.
At Magma Maths, we work closely across teams, so you’ll gain real insight into how Sales, Product and Customer Success operate. For those eager to try new things, there are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow with the company.
