💼 The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & People Coordinator to join our NYC headquarters and play a key role in scaling our US team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and serve as the local People & Culture representative in our Manhattan office.
You’ll work closely with our Sweden-based Head of People and support US hiring managers while creating an exceptional candidate and employee experience. You’ll also support the setup of new office locations across the US — making this an exciting role for someone who enjoys both strategic recruiting and hands-on People work.
This is an on-site role based in our Manhattan office, with occasional travel as we grow into new markets.
🧩 What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based commercial hires (sourcing, interviewing, coordination, offers)
- Be the go-to People contact in our New York office, supporting day-to-day HR and culture needs
- Drive office operations and team engagement locally, including onboarding and events
- Collaborate with the Head of People on People Ops projects like onboarding, compliance, and documentation
- Support the opening of new office hubs across the US (including travel for setup as needed)
- Possibility to own all of our Employer Branding initiatives aligned with our Marketing Team
- Track and report on hiring and engagement metrics
- Champion our company values and culture across all touchpoints
🙋 Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Ops, or a hybrid role within a growing company
- Confident recruiter across commercial functions with a strong eye for talent
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for diverse roles.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods to ensure we find top tier candidates
- Strong communicator and people-person — approachable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Eager to grow in both recruitment and broader People/HR responsibilities
- Comfortable owning your area while working closely with a remote HQ team

- Experience with ATS systems (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exposure to HR tools and systems
- Experience coordinating culture-building initiatives or office events
- Previous involvement in multi-office expansion or logistics
- Experience from US Labour Law
