We are now looking for a Product Manager for Internal Tools to oversee the development of our internal systems and data management.

The Role

This role is key to Magma's technical and operational success. As the Internal Tools Product Manager, your mission will be to optimize and develop the internal platforms and systems that power Magma's operations.

Who you are and what you know

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and implementation of internal tools to improve workflows.
• Supporting teams that create and manage content, for example, developing processes to quickly generate large volumes of math problems to meet market needs.
• Coordinating efforts across the product, tech, customer success and content teams.
• Optimizing data flows and internal systems to reduce manual work and increase efficiency in rapidly growing teams.
• Using and implementing AI-based solutions, such as LLMs, to scale content production.

Requirements

• Experience working with internal tools, product management, or product development.
• Technical skills and knowledge of data flows, BI tools, and data management (e.g., SQL).
• The ability to work independently and gather information from various departments and stakeholders.
• An academic background in technology, data, or a similar field – or equivalent work experience.
• A passion for solving complex problems and optimizing processes to make work easier for others.
• Experience or comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where change is the norm.‍
